The office space that challenges conventions

Storey is the office rental offering from British Land, providing office space in London for companies that have outgrown co-working spaces and typically employ between 20 and 70 people. Continuing our long relationship with British Land, we were approached to create their new website in line with a recent rebrand and positioning workshop.

Creating a clean and intuitive site to reflect Storey's market position

From project conception, the focus with this updated website was on better communication, simplified leasing journeys and improved navigation. This started with a UX audit project that reviewed the successes and failures from the existing site, and in turn formed clearer wireframes to outline the new journeys and call to actions. Key improvements included a split list/map view to help users search by location more easily, advanced search filters, and a mega nav layout that presented users with popular search criteria earlier in the journey.

The other focus of this project was better communication and storytelling. When applying the updated brand and refining the content, finding the right balance between playful and professional was key to accurately represent Storey's USPs and position in an increasingly popular market.
