The brief
Creating a clean and intuitive site to reflect Storey's market position.
Storey is the flexible workspace offering from British Land, providing office space in prime London locations for businesses that have outgrown traditional co-working spaces.
Continuing our long relationship with British Land, we were approached to create their new website inline with a recent rebrand and positioning workshop.
Overview
In 2024 we took their updated brand guidelines and overhauled their entire website, modernising their digital presence and delivering a search focused user journey designed to increase conversions.
The refined interface embodies the brand’s commitment to adaptable and personalised workspaces with every interaction feeling consistent, thoughtful and premium.
User Research
This started with a UX audit project that reviewed the successes and failures from the existing site, and in turn formed clear wireframes to define the new journeys and conversion points. Key improvements included a split list/map view to help users search by location more easily, advanced search filters, and a utility nav layout that presented users with popular search criteria earlier in their journey.
Storytelling
The other focus of this project was better communication and storytelling. When applying the updated brand and refining the content, finding the right balance between playful and professional was key to accurately represent Storey's USPs and position in an increasingly crowded market.
