The brief
Playful brand engagement through smart, simple tech.
As part of Novotel’s global digital strategy, the brand wanted to enhance family stays with a unique in-hotel experience. The challenge: build something fun, accessible, and memorable — without requiring any downloads or complex setup.
We created Hide & Seek, a mobile-friendly HTML5 web game where kids and families go on a digital treasure hunt around the hotel. Players scan QR codes to discover hidden Novotel characters, collecting them one by one until the game is complete. The platform supports multiple languages and ends with a digital certificate and optional prize draw entry — turning a simple hotel stay into something much more engaging.
