The brief
Making Occupational Health services accessible for businesses of all sizes.
Optima Health is one of the UK’s leading Occupational Health providers, trusted by organisations ranging from SMEs to global giants like Amazon. Their new offering, OH Direct, required a flexible digital platform that could make expert health services as easy to book as ordering a product online.
We designed and developed a bespoke e-commerce experience that enables customers to purchase services such as management referrals, health assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and workplace training—all from a single, easy-to-navigate interface. With guest checkout, account purchasing, invoice payments and full Stripe integration, the platform meets the varied needs of its wide user base.

The design approach focused on clarity and accessibility—ensuring that even first-time users could confidently navigate a wide range of specialist services. A simple checkout journey and logical service categorisation were key to removing friction in the booking process.
