Fairnurse is a digital recruitment platform built specifically for the dental industry. Much like UpWork or Fiverr, it allows clinics to connect with verified locum dental nurses in their area — streamlining hiring, scheduling, and payments through a single, secure platform.
We developed the entire system from scratch, including searchable nurse profiles, in-platform messaging, booking tools, secure payment flows, ratings and reviews, and automated notifications. The result is a seamless end-to-end experience that helps clinics fill staffing gaps fast — while giving nurses flexibility and visibility.
